What we did

Edited, published, and distributed Inbreak's first zine publication.

Project Overview

Inbreak's first publication, the "WWHB & WWTB Zine", coincided with Dea Studios's first in-person exhibition, a show titled "Where We Have Been & Where We Hope to Be". The featured artist, Liberty Worth, created over twenty quilts in 2021 as part of the 2021 Inbreak Residency. The zine features these works as well as collaborations between Liberty and invited project participants.

"Dea did amazing work at coordinating Lenten Gestures.  The reflections and art were not only high quality but reflected a commitment to seize the shifting historical moment that we face."

Juan Sarmiento
Executive presbyter, Presbytery of San Fernando valley

"I am sooo excited to know there are other Christians incorporating movement into their spiritual practices. I think many people are interested in exploring this, but church leaders often hesitate. "
